Description: It is one of my favorite wildflowers. Its blue is mesmerizing. I love to watch it growing on the field of wheat. Together with poppies and chamomile, it creates a perfect color combination. Cornflower transforms into a propeller, and its center into a vortex. This is a painting I enjoy living with. It currently hangs in my bedroom. I like to imagine that it is a portal to extrasensory dimensions of reality. Its color reminds me of the blue robe of the Virgin Mary, which my mother liked to tell me about. It is one of the flowers that accompanies the goddess and saints.
